Where can you find a list of a company's corporate governance provisions?

I'm looking for a list of corporate governance provisions that a specific company employs. I've looked on the company's website but could not obtain detailed information. I also couldn't find the desired information in the 10-k reports. I'd be most interested in anti-takeover provisions. Thanks

It will be buried in old proxy statements when the anti-takeover provisions were adopted. www.sec.gov and go to Edgar and read historical proxy statements. It will likely be attached to the file as an exhibit. The full 10-K should provide documents incorporated by reference, but it will still be a treasure hunt.
