There are UPS shifts around the clock to get the packages where they need to go. There aren't as many shifts on the weekends and no drivers on Sundays.

I work for FedEx and it honestly depends on the department. I do IT support and our location is only open from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. There are delivery people who start as early as 3 a.m. and work as late as 10 p.m. Overnight deliveries are handled by FedEx employeed who fly the airplanes to make those shipments possible so it honestly depends on what department in FedEx that the employee works for.

I don't know too much about UPS and DHL, though I know with what shipments I've had delivered and shipped using DHL the service I experience was horrible. Apparently they don't know what a Saturday delivery is.

i take an antidepressant, and open all the doors and windows in my house. I've learned that fresh air and sunshine help right off the bat. then i try to go sit outside in the sun shine for like half an hour at least and just read or relax or nap or something. i also start baking when i am depressed that usually cheers up a bad day. i know you asked feel horrible and i'm saying depressed cause when i feel horrible it is because i am depressed.
