1-chairman or president or Chief executive officer
2-Director or manager
3-chief financial officer or finance director or finance manager
4-what is fianacial controller and credit analyst?

why in some companies there is CEO ,while others have only manager or directors??what plays for this sorting and ranking??
does it have any relation with no. of employees,countries in which they operate???

is there any site to make company structure or helping in setting structure of particular company???

Company structures are fixed by cultures, for examples Japnese have a narrow hierarchy, where as Americans have broader ones and Europeans have something in the middle. A CEO is of higher rank than a President. In US the President is like a Grand daddy of the organization, someone who is old and experienced in the organization who participates only in the social activities of the organization like Public speaking, image building etc; though sometimes he handles the operations management.
Director is a board position and managers are below them.
CFO works in place of Vice President Finance, usually one won't have both the positions. CFO formulates the strategies of the organization chart out the course and how to attain and maintain targets.
Financial Controller again is in smaller organizations. You might not have a FC when CFO is in place or a VP. It is organizational need specific positions.
