Okay you pay .75 cents for the first minute anything over the first minute is charged at the rate of 50 cents

That doesn't make much sense! It should specify how many minutes will be charged at seventy five cents and then say, $0.50 for each additional minute. For instance, $0.75 per minute for first 3 minutes, and $0.50 for each additional minute.

First minute cost $.75 and all other minutes of same call are $.50 ea
