Pres. Bush is making an issue of compensation packages of executives, other than the investors and shareholders on any organization, privately held or publicly traded, who's business is it? Is it the individual employee? who has an agreed upon compensation package when they are hired. Please keep in mind how expendable the employee or the executive is. Why would John Q. Public have a standing interest in the compensation of a corporation he does not work for?

I assume top companies want risk takers at the helm. Such severance packages seem to wipe out the risk. I would think companies would not only want top performers, but those who would see it as a priviledge, a challenge to lead such a company.

Now that McDonald's accepts debit/credit cards, I was wondering if its in-restaurant donations for Ronald McDonald House Charities have gone down. I don't usually carry cash anymore because I use my debit card everywhere, but when I went to McDonald's, I would get cash out. I used to drop my change from the McDonald's meal in the canisters. Now that it accepts debit cards, I use that instead of cash, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. So I was just wondering if anyone knows if this has affected in-restaurant donations.

I'd like to know the size of the CRM market, ideally in the 2006-2010 time frame. It'd be good to get it broken down by sector, but overall size would be helpful too.

I have thought of an idea which would be very attractive to, i would guess 99 percent of the population throughout the world.
I would like to build a website that could potentialy open doors to major success ! but i am affraid of people hitting on the idea ahead of me, if i were to explain my plans of this possibly very lucrative buissness .

Ive heard of patent, which i guess is what you need to do if you discover something and you dont want anyone to copy write the idea, im now wondering what the first stages of profesional advice would be to take and who to approach under these circumstances

The shares of stock have been dropping. one year it was $60 per share then he next year it goes down to $30 per share, and finally it falls to $4 per share. Then let's say this company has decided to pay a cash dividend in 2005. The dividend was equal to the amount paid the previous year. What do you think are some issues that would have been taken into consideration when they had to make that decision?
