Background: I have a single member LLC (a web design company) that sold all assets last year and, to avoid a recent lawsuit, have used a business credit card (attached to the business EIN) to pay a settlement of $15k. I have no funds to pay this back to the bank. No revenue has been made within the last year and no future revenue will be made.

If my LLC declares bankruptcy...
1. how does this affect my personal credit or liability?
2. how does this affect my ability to own other future businesses>
3. will the business be audited by the government or by the lending bank?

Hey got this letter in the mail about i was selected to be a mystery shopper right.. and I searched the internet.. and looked into it and found it to be a scam here is the info:
Its called Shoppers World Inc and Based in Canada

And they told me to wire money by Walmart or MoneyGram
I was wondering what you guys think about mystery shoppers?
And I wanted to get this information out because the way the contact me was thur a job database that I signed up for and they emailed me I am so discussed by this.. what do you guys think? or have you heard of this scam??

Also that God I found out it was a scam at this website:

As an employee of Walmart, i exercised some stock options last year and cant figure out what my cost is. I had taxable compensation added to my w-2 but don't know if that is my cost or not.

This is a Indian subsidiary of a well known Auto Part producer. Its shares traded on Indian Stock exchanges were bought back/ acquired as a prelude to delisting. It gives very high salaries and still higher salary hikes, a fairly high level of loyalty to its parent foreign company, but no dividend has been declared so far in order to "Conserve Profits". The dividend payable to the parent co is apparently covered in the Royalty and by not declaring dividend it avoids Dividend Tax payable to the Central Govt.

I have come up with a practical solution to the problem with boycotting the Gasoline companies. As you all know there is nothing practical about not buying gas. I am sure you have seen the previous attempts to get people to boycott for one day, the problem with that is, that even if we did the Gasoline companies wouldn't care because they know you'll be back tomorrow. My solution is simple and I think can work. All we have to do is boycott one specific company, so as to start a pricing war. The company I have chosen is Exxon Mobil. What we have to do now is find out who in the U.S. (retail gas stations) sells Exxon Mobil fuel and stop buying from them! This really can work if we all chip in, All you have to do is A. not buy Exxon Mobil fuel B. Spread the word (web postings, word of mouth etc.) C. Sit back and watch the prices fall... If we put our hearts in this as a group we can be watching this story on the news by Monday..... Remember sites like You tube, Yahoo and others generate alot of buzz.... Please message me and let me know if you intend to help, so I know if I am reaching anyone....



www.exxon.com has all the info you need to find out who sells their productss.... awfully nice of them to help us I think... :)

I answered with the truth and Yahoo refused to put it in the same column as the question= Which do I prefer Target or walmart. I said Target. Walmart refuse to take back merchandise I bought there and told me to send it back to the manufacturer at my expence.
