I want to know if there is a company where I can file a complaint against a temp agency who posts fake jobs and claims that they help people, but they really don't. Is there a corporation that will help me?

Definitely the Better Business Bureau.

There should be a location where you are. Give them a call and check with them because posting fake jobs can also be illegal in your state / province.

The BBB of course but I think I would call my local prosecutor as well. The District Attorney for your area might be interested in filing a criminal charge. If the temp agency is taking money to secure jobs it doesn't have it could be a case of fraud. That is pretty serious stuff though so please be sure of your facts and you will need some evidence to get investigators involved.

Good Luck. BTW, if you can guilty verdict on fraud a civil attorney might be able to get what ever moneys you lost back, plus some.

Its called bait and switch. Don't waste your time worrying about them. You need to focus on your life, not their misdeeds.
Good Luck
