Also, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can open my own restaurant?

In the movie Roger and Me, Michael Moore confronts lobbyist Tom Kay about whether General Motors should be held accountable for the demise of Flint, MI, which was where General Motors started. Tom Kay responds by saying that "corporations purpose is to make a profit, not to save their hometown."

Do you agree or disagree with Tom Kay and why?

Inside any corporation or company there is a strict centralized control. like in Communist China or North Korea. The CEO rules like a monarch and the board is not elected by the workers or employees of the company. Isn't it time to introduce democracy into the corporate world? Let's make CEOs and boards electable by the employess. Corporations should act like Western democracies, not like Communist dictatorships! Do you agree?

Didn't their raw materials cost (crude) go UP in unison with their finished priced goods (gasoline)? Or did Mobil make a ton because their raw materials cost were much LOWER due to hedging in the futures markets months earlier?

Our company accidently sent a 1099 to a corporation. We currently are without a c.p.a., and we are needing to know how to undo something like this, because how I understand it, a 1099 is also sent to the government who will fine us, when they shouldn't have received it in the first place. How do you undo a 1099 form?

Thanks!
