Hello all,

My husband is in a business lawsuit against his business partners. And the judge has ORDERED my husband's business partners to submit all financial records by end of this month.

In my guess, I don't think they will provide the required paperwork or if they do provide, it will not be everything they should provide.

Therefore, I'm wondering will his business partners get any penalties if not meet the requirements from the judge's order? If yes, what types of penalties?

FYI, the business is a corporation.

I just hope the judge will not give them any extension cuz we've waited way long enough to get to this stage.

Please advise any info you know of. Thank you!

Okay, About half a year ago I became totally in love with Apple Inc. and Steve Jobs (like his job not actully in love with him.) Whenever there is a Mac on TV or a Movie I scream out "Mac!!" its sort of strange but I keep it to myself pretty well. I like watch all of the Macworld Keynotes and everything else I can find. You dont even want to hear about the rest, its acully pretty pitiful. Well, the actual question is does anyone know about a website where I can learn tons of info (I already knoww alot) on Apple, Steve Jobs, and all other affielated with Apple Inc. Plus fourms for people like me. Thanks :).

NEW YORK/DETROIT (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. (NYSE:GM - news) is in preliminary talks to buy Chrysler, the struggling U.S. arm of DaimlerChrysler AG (DCXGn.DE) (NYSE:DCX - news), or to strike a strategic alliance with the rival automaker, sources familiar with the situation said on Friday.

ADVERTISEMEN

There was deep skepticism on Wall Street about whether such a merger made sense for GM and whether it could ever happen.

An outright takeover of the Chrysler Group by GM would risk complicating the turnaround efforts of both companies, analysts said, even as it created an industry giant with a nearly 40 percent share of the U.S. market.

The talks to buy Chrysler, described by a source familiar with the situation as exploratory, were first reported on Friday by the trade journal Automotive News.

Automotive News, citing unnamed sources in Germany and the United States, said the companies were engaged in high-level talks about GM buying Chrysler Group -- which sells Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles -- in its entirety.

While I understand there are numerous variables that could affect this figure, I'm trying to get a ballpark idea for what the typical range might be for a family of four.

If you were relocated, or you relocate others, your personal experience stories would be very valuable.

Thanks.

I received a letter in the mail from Bank Of America in October of 2006 that stated if I used my debit card 10 times in the month of November I would receive a $20 gift card from Chevron, so I did. The letter stated that the card would be send within 8 weeks after November 30th. I have never received this card and wondered if anyone else has experienced the same thing. Thanks for responding.

..someone with 10 years of supplier development experience? They are advertising for a Supervisor of Supplier Development. I have worked for both Toyota and Hyundai in the same role. I would be looking for a salary between 115-125k/year. Does this sound reasonable? I don't want to waste my time if I'm way over what they usually pay...the ideal answerer would be somebody who works in that department for GM....thanks!

This is what I am looking at..."Each preferred vendor will be charged a royalty to help cover ORGANIZATION administrative cost. The royalty fee is a percentage of the total net paid dollar- volume sold to ORGANIZATIONs. The percentage amount is discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Additionally, you will agree to offer all ORGANIZATIONs specified discounts on all sales of your company’s products and services." Would this be illegal under the 'Anti-Kick Back' law of 1972 or some other law?

When checking my bank statement he has taken the money again for the same item on the 9th February. He said he made mistake and I would have my money back in 48 hours. I did not receive the money. I wondered if this has happened to anybody else and how the managed to sort it. Thank you
