That depends largely on the regional management, but yes, there are some common factors:
Oftentimes, they include one or more of the following:
McDonald's
Portrait Studio
Nail/Hair Salon
Optometrist
Financial advisor/tax preparation
Special interest merchandise (usually a field test for merchandise Wal-mart is considering carrying but occupied by the vendor itself who wishes Wal-mart to purchase those goods)

For now the grocery store and the pharmacy are about it. But, don't despair Walmarts greedyness to be everything to everybody is nowhere near its end. Soon, like you mention there will be restaurants. I mean more than your average hamburger and bagels joint. Walmart will grow to include much more like government offices and even living quarters. At some point people will live work and buy at walmart. Soon after that wall mart will become its own city like the vatican. Then maybe start its ow religion and form of government and military. All in one combenient location. But thats not all. Once they fiure out the whole space elevator thing we will see space walmart. A walmart in places like the moon and marsa and wlamart the space station.

There's usually a restaurant, a deli, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, tire/lube express, garden center, photo studio, bank, and some times a gas station.

The have a little deli and some have Subway. They also have a portrait studio and mine have a bank and a hair salon and a mini arcade room.

Walmart Superstore also has a pharmacy, some have a small food court, and some have an auto center. Some would say ONE STOP SHOPPING

I know of one that has a salon and a Subway Resturant in it. Some have banks also I think. Also they have a vision center

eye doctor, nail salon, photo studio, car repair/tune up place, arcade, hair salon... everything you'll ever need is in walmart.
