Whats the situation with using someones trade mark/logo on an item, especially such as clothing. On sites like Ebay you see a lot of sellers offering T shirts . tops etc with a variety of logo's & many state that they can apply any particular logo to any item of clothing ..... how come they can use them..... or can't they?

If you regularly attend trade shows as a vendor or participant, perhaps you can share some of the "gimics" that have gotten you to go to a booth. Standard fair is fine, but I'm looking for some more unusual games, contests, etc. This can apply to things that have drawn people to special promotional events or festivals. Thanks.

I want the name to be followed by "Dockside Pub" in the same way that Applebee's is followed by "neighborhood grille and bar"

This is an alcohol only pub, no food will be served.

It is a blue collar community. The tourists are of the retired fisherman variety in a part of the state with a lot of arts and crafts attractions. It just only 2 miles downstream from a major tourist attraction, Branson and the Branson Landing riverwalk. We are looking for a 'catchy' name. We considered the name 'Happy Hooker', a play on words for fisherman but the connotation scared us off. Any suggestions?

How many times you saw something on sale and you wanted to go buy it. But when you got there, it was out of stock most of the times. It was a waste of time and money, especially gas cost so much these days.

Do you get mad, very mad?!! Do you think it's false advertising and it's a violation of FTC rules? Can they be fined? A lot of stores do that lately!
