I bought a house 5 years ago and my first term was a fixed 5 year rate (ending soon). What happens then? I don't want to refinance... I just want to continue paying like before. Is the interest rate the only that may change? Does the bank send me something to renegotiate the mortgage? Not sure how this is done

Is there a low cost service available that my telemarketing firm, which is not in the same state as my business, could use that would show a local number on the caller ID? I believe that just having a local number pop up on the caller ID would help penetrate at least 50% of the businesses that are not picking up their phones. I tried calling ringcentral.com but they focus mainly on inbound calls and it would be very time consuming and expensive to use their service for my particular needs. I need a service that would allow my telemarketing firm to appear local like my business is, instead of being perceived as an out of town pest.

in real estate? Everytime I go bid on a house my bank tells me the interest rate is higher then it was last time I bid on a house. It seems like a home mortage interest rate is as bad as gas prices. No dumb answers please. Serious about this. Am I being taken in by my bank?

In MT wages were paid off the books for 2 months then final pay was denied. In WA he worked for a month and eployer flaked out because of drug use and claimed no money to pay. He also never claimed an employee in writing. I don't know how to prove employement or hours or wages. In MT $600 and WA $1000. Any help?

I've thought out both pros and cons to Walmart as a business. Does anyone think that walmart is a good business or bad? Also list pros and cons of your choice. Don't just say "walmart's cool and/or "sucks". No stupid answers please.

If you were starting over what business venture would you start? I'm looking for advice on finding the right venture with the most potential for financial independence. Had it with the 9-5 downward spiral. Any advice out there??? Thanks.

I just found that a trust I've been left contains 4,000 shares of this stock - and it's value is $2.42 or so per share - it looks very out of place compared to the other stocks, like Bank of America which trades at around $47 or so.

What is the deal with this company? I looked at a long-term history and it seems that once they traded at over $80/share. I'm going to get the history of when these stocks were bought to see if I'm just dealing with dimwit brokers or if they bought it when it was way below a buck per share.

But I really want to know what happened to this company that caused its stock to drop so drastically. Anyone know? URLs would help for backup, if you have them (I'm putting together a file for an attorney who's helping us with the trust and would like any documentation I can get). If you don't have URLs, but just know the history, that's cool. I'll take what I can get.
