we recently found a home that we wanted to buy. The upstairs was wonderful with hardwood floors and the house was over 3000 square feet. The basement was for the most part unfinished and there was not one but 2 sump pumps. My husband was like no wonder this house is so cheap I am not dealing with sump pumps. The house has been on the market for awhile and he says it is because of the sump pumps.

A friend of mine injured her knee in a fall three weeks ago, and it's still in really bad shape. She went to an urgent-care facility, where they took X-rays. Unfortunately, these were inconclusive, and they said she'd need to see a specialist. She has no insurance. She lives in Florida. What recourse might she have?

Does the business plan include a prospal letter, or do you need both, if your requesting grants, loans, or a financial jump start. What's the difference between your business plan and or your prospal letter, Is it telling the needs and requesting the needs?

I've gotten a lot better at managing my money, but sometimes I just make the dumbest purchases! Today I bought a hampster because it was only $2. I got rid of it about an hour after I got home. I had also spent like $20 at walmart buying stuff for it. My sister is going to take it all, lucky me, and pay me for it! But what if I didn't have someone who was willing to pay for it? How can I stop myself from making dumb choices when spending and buying things I don't need? I love to shop.

I received a letter from "Nationwide Asset Recovery Services" stating that they specialize in locating missing heirs and money. They stated that their research has disclosed unclaimed funds are being held in trust for an heir to the estate of my uncle, and they if they were to uncover the funds, I could collect 2/3 and they would keep 1/3. I have the feeling that if I knew how, I could access 100% of the money? Yet, I have no idea where these funds may be.
