Closed on a home recently thru a major bank. Got a rate around 6.5 or so. Closed less than a month ago. Three credit scores came in at 788, 805 and 822. Median, obviously, was 805. First mortgate of $196k and second of $35k. Should I have received a higher discount on my rate? Went with a no-doc loan, didn't have to show anything. Second loan rate is over 8% and was done to avoid PMI. House was appraised on a drive-by appraisal at $25k more than what I paid. If I messed up, can I re-fi my second at a lower rate with my higher score? Also....crazy thought here...since the house appraised so high, can I get a home equity loan at a rate lower than my original second loan and utilize that cash to pay off the second?? Follow my train of thought? Any help is appreciated.

We are merchant exporters from India. We export Grains, Pulses, Spices, Fruits & Vegetables to Switzerland. We now wish to set up a branch office in Switzerland & other European Countries. We require consultants who would assist us in meeting the legal, economic and all other norms which might be required by the government of these countries. we are not looking at Embassies as they are not well-versed with the ground realities of conducting business in their respective countries.

My neighbors purchased a home and were told by the sellers that it was built in . That is not true because I built my home in 1999 and theirs was already built and stable with sod etc. Now the sidewalk and stoop are seperateing from the actual house because there is not any gravel to support them. Do they have any rights from the sellers, the village (which knew the actual build dae)or the realestate for falsifying the documents?

I have rather poor credit and am in the process of paying off all of the existing deb. If a cosigner has immaculate credit, are my chances much greater in obtaining that loan?

I work full time in a retail store, and my hours vary day to day, with some days working the opening shift, other days closing. Paying back student loans and whatnot has pretty much left me broke. Does anyone have any suggestions for part time or side jobs I could do, preferably not internet related, that won't interfere with my full time job? For example, something like paper courier, but not necessarily 7 days a week.

I live in an apartment building and have kept everything very clean. I don't leave out food and the trash goes out regularly.

I now am having an issue with maggots and roaches. I don't know where they are coming from, or what is feeding them. Should I talk to the manager...and what do I tell them? I've told them (the manager) about every other issue here, and they haven't done anything to fix anything.

This is kinda an emergency because I don't know where the maggots are coming from.

Some advice please.
