Be yourself. You would not have the interview if they didn't like what you have to offer. Get lots of rest, get up early and have a nice breakfast, then do something for yourself before you go, it will make you feel good.

Be sure to make eye contact with each of them, especially the two on the ends. Also, if given an opportunity, use each person's name.

Dress the part. RELAX. Have complete confidence in yourself that you are a hard worker. Sit up tall, legs crossed at ankle if your a girl, hands in lap.

Have an extensive list of question. Your goal should be to get them to talk as much as possible so that all of the attention is not on you. Remember also, that you're as much a solution to their problem (need to hire) as they are to you (desire for new job).

oh yuck. try too maintain eye contact with all ppl not just on or two. ask them all questions and good luck
