i work in a very small place, there are 2 people who are there who keep makeing my life hell, they spread lies and do of "she said this and that" i keep getting pulled into the office and reprmarned like a child for saying these things, these 2 people have been there for 8 years and ihave been there 2 years and because of these people i have been in trouble with the boss 3 times, and last week was the worst one, it is like being back at school,When i asked the boss if they had any problem with my job they said no your work is brillent it is just the"gossip" i have apparntly said. In which i have not said anything of the sought, Also thes 2 people have refused to work with me cus i apparntly am too hard to work with. Belive me when i say i normaly dont talk at work at all i just go in do my job and come home.
i love my job and the hours and pay, leaveing is not what i want to do, but i realy can not cope with this any more, im currently off work for 2 weeks due ot stress

Iv worked at my place now for nearly 2 years,Right from the begining its always been the sort of place were evething kicks off. Is like hollyocks or somthing..lol.. Tipical soap land.. Well resently there has been a few major insidents which has endup up with 85per cent off the staff either leaving or getting the sack.. We are all like family and this has really hit me.. Its like losing my bestfriendz..Suppose am affraid were going to lose contack or something.. There all moving 4ward am am stuck.. Is this the kick i need to find a better job??

I have a small office with 12 people on staff. We use a time-clock. Problems always come up regarding for example a person who takes a sick day during the week then works extra on let's say Saturday that week then wants to claim 40 hrs plus time and a half for the Sat. We also have pd holidays that stil require 1 or 2 psople to come in and work for a couple of hours. How should they be fairly compensated? How much sick time should people get and how much vacation time. Should they be combined? Should they be paid for the time if they don' t use it? There are constant problems with some people always complaining that others are "getting away with things that they can't get away with. One reason is that people look at other peoples time cards. I think we need a set in stone policy that is generous and fair to everyone. Is there a source for this kind of info????. Thanks

The rest is overdraft fees! I cant pay this so what happens if I just dont? Will my credit get really screwed up? The bank refused to take anything off. I can't beleived I was charged $40 for only spending $1.05 It seems so unfair. Do I have any other options? Someone please help!
