Check the "THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT".
You will discover that harassment and threats are against the law. So send them a letter, telling them to stop, as they are in violation of federal law. Trust me, they will stop.

I sent a letter to a collection agency that threatened to take me to court. That collection disappeared from my credit report.

tell them the bill is not yours. Ands then tell them to place you on their DO NOT CALL LIST! Tell them that future calls will be recorded and sent to the phone company and you may seek legal recourse against them!

Tell them its not you, and they have the wrong number. Also ask them to delete you from their calling list.

i get the same calls i told them i wasn't there keeper and they would not get any money by calling me
