Iv worked at my place now for nearly 2 years,Right from the begining its always been the sort of place were evething kicks off. Is like hollyocks or somthing..lol.. Tipical soap land.. Well resently there has been a few major insidents which has endup up with 85per cent off the staff either leaving or getting the sack.. We are all like family and this has really hit me.. Its like losing my bestfriendz..Suppose am affraid were going to lose contack or something.. There all moving 4ward am am stuck.. Is this the kick i need to find a better job??

Do you like your job, or just the people you work with? If you like your job because you are good at what you do there, then stay. If you only enjoyed your job because of the people that worked around you then maybe you should find another job as well.....Your the only one that can answer this question,you know if you like being there or not.

In life we somehow face siyuations where our decision could change our life completely in any way up or down so there are many pont to put in consuderation before leaving your job, try to think in a proffessional way and study the situation from all sides also try to understand why your colleagues where kicked up arent they suitable enough for this stage in the job or what , you know i dont have much details about exactly your situation but my opinion is that you can set your priorities and check on the achieved once and finally you will reach the right decisions

Why are these people leaving? Why are some getting canned? Do you like your job? Is there something else you would rather be doing? Is the company downsizing? You need to ask yourself all these questions. Do you feel its time to move on to something better?Some of them may not be moving forward. Perhaps they are under stress from their job and find its not worth continuing to work there. Each person's situation is different. You need to evaluate yourself and what you want.

while you're right here in canada while happening maternity leave there's a container o verify off while you're going back to artwork or no longer interior the papers... so im guessing its no longer a situation.. i start up back artwork on the top of would yet will basically eb staying a pair of weeks to bypass to a sparkling interest. btw the pay isnt from the corporation..yet from the administrative. so it has no longer something to do with the corporation.
