My skin has been breaking out nonstop lately. Before summer started I got lots of stress due to a combination of school and menstrual periods, but I've never had breakouts that lasted this long. It's been more than a month already. What I'm wondering is if the heat makes skin worse, or if a lack of exercise makes breakouts more frequent.

some women have really nice smooth, perfect feet. i don't and would like to know how to get them without going to a spa for a pedi. I've tried the at-home foot scrubs, but they don't work real well. my feet are dry around the toenails and my heels could use some help as well. what to do??

I found a cream called venus de milo, it is 3.00 per tube.It is the venus de milo with hydroquinine in it.I know they sell the one with sunscreen in it now but it does not work as well because it does not have hydroquinine in it, that is what bleaches out the marks but at the same time gives you a glow look to your skin.It can be used on all ares of the body like face, arms, back, legs,etc.It comes in a dark pink tube and box. I am trying to find out if it has been taken off the shelf just for the summer so that the one with sunscreen can be sold and used for the sun. and if it will be put back on the shelf for the winter or has it been permanantely discontinued by the fda for health purposes.
