My solution is simple but it works, try "olive oil." Yes I said Olive Oil! Apply several times a day and at night before bed apply this to your feet and wear socks to bed. When you wake you'll be surprised!

Kerasal and a foot file. The file looks like a small cheese grater on one side, gritty pumice sandpaper looking thing on the other. After bathing or showering, dry your feet well..apply a small amount of body lotion or foot lotion to your heels and anywhere skin is thick or dry. Use the "grating" side first, gently, and then turn the file over and use the gritty side to remove dead skin. I do this over the toilet or sit on the toilet with a towel under your feet. Rinse again and apply Kerasal Foot cream where needed until fully absorbed. Wear socks because it gets on the floor if you don't and it's a little slippery. Re-apply the cream at night for faster results and wear socks to bed. The next day you'll notice results, but best results are seen after a week...your feet will be baby soft and smooth again in no time. It's amazing!

Soak them for a good hour while you watch TV, then take each foot and scrub with a pumice, especially your heels and any other rough areas. Then, once done scrubbing each foot, take your feet out of the soak and put lotion on them while they are wet. Then, you can cut your nails etc, while the nails are nice and soft. Also, if you are careful, you can trim any dry skin around your toenails with clippers or small scissors. Also, you can rub bag balm on the rough spots at night and put socks on over it...then just sleep with this on...your feet will be softer in the morning.

It's easier than you might think.
1) Pumice stone to scrub off the dead skin cells.
2) Burts Bees Foot Cream
3) Old pair of white socks.
Soak your feet in warm water then
use the pumice stone to scrub off the dead skin cells aka the flakes and dryness.
Put the Berts Bees on your feet and slide over a pair of old white socks.
Sleep with the socks on and in the morning your feet will be soft and supple!
I do this every Sunday evening as I wear backless shoes to work at an office.
Try it! It works!

Go the beauty supply store and buy one of the loofa bar things for your feet. The clerk should be able to tell you what I mean. They really do work. As for the skin around toenails the pedi people use little clippers.

I used to have a similar problem with my feet. There is an oil I found at a local nutrition store that seems to be helping, though. Although I started using it because the skin was dry and itchy, rather than for aesthetic purposes. I apply it immediately after showering.

Try soaking your feet. There are lots of prducts to choose from when doing it..find one that works best. Once you soak your feet, you should push back the cuticle and remove it. There are products for that as well, (cuticle remover). Be sure to lotion your feet regularly and let your feet air out when possible. When at home wear flip flops instead of socks and gym shoes. It will take some time but you can do it.

I've read that rubbing lotion on your feet, before you go to bed, and putting on a clean pair of cotton socks, can smooth your feet within a month.
