That's a good weight for someone her height. Her Body-Mass-Index is an extremely healthy 20.3. Tell her she has nothing to worry about.

I highly doubt she is in any way chubby, but what I have recently come to learn is, that although you can have an ideal BMI (as your friend does), this does not really take into account body fat composition. For example, you're friend might have little muscle mass and a small frame, which means even with a BMI of around 20, she may appear more chubby than someone with a BMI of 20, who has a larger frame and higher muscle mass. This may be the reason she feels she looks chubby, or it could just all be in her head. If she does have a small frame and low muscle mass, I suggest she start doing plenty of weight training to build muscle and cardio to reduce fat, so she will still end up with a BMI of around 20, but will have less body fat and more muscle.

HTH.

Not at all, if anything shes a bit under the recommended weight for her height. Im also 5'6 age doesn't matter and the recommended weight for that height is between 135 and 155.

No, your friend is not chubby from what I gather, but if you want to make your point to her, then tell her to google body mass index and have her enter her height and weight, this will tell her if she is too overweight, skinny, etc.
