I have the same problem with my feet. The best thing I have found so far is a pumice stone. They come in many different varieties and shapes..some have handles. They all have the same basic concept. Sluff off dry dead skin cells. I would start by soaking your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes...even just standing in the shower will do it. You basically want to soften up the dead skin. Then I would sluff away. I wouldn't get too carried away right away. I would just sluff for a minute or two on each foot. As long as you do it daily, you'll eventually get all the cracked stuff off. You don't' want to do it all at once because sometimes it can really hurt if you do too much at once. Then I would wear some regular lotion on my feet during the day..cover with socks. At night you need to wash your feet and use a peppermint scrub. It feels SO good and gets some of the days wear and tear off of them. Next dry your feet. Use some really thick moisturizing cream at night..even Vaseline works...wear socks and repeat..then once your feet reach ultimate softness, you can sluff less and discontinue the night cream.

Kerasal and a foot file. The file looks like a small cheese grater on one side, gritty pumice sandpaper looking thing on the other. After bathing or showering, dry your feet well..apply a small amount of body lotion or foot lotion to your heels and anywhere skin is thick or dry. Use the "grating" side first, gently, and then turn the file over and use the gritty side to remove dead skin. I do this over the toilet or sit on the toilet with a towel under your feet. Rinse again and apply Kerasal Foot cream where needed until fully absorbed. Wear socks because it gets on the floor if you don't and it's a little slippery. Re-apply the cream at night for faster results and wear socks to bed. The next day you'll notice results, but best results are seen after a week...your feet will be baby soft and smooth again in no time. It's amazing!

Arbonne's body care system. I have always had EXTREMELY dry heals and bad callouses. For the past two weeks I have been using the RE9 body serum and body lotion every morning on my feet. It is amazing the difference I have seen! These two products are a little expensive but well worth it if you can't find anything else that works. You can also sign up to be a consultant and get 35% off your products. And there is no obligation to do this as a business.

exfoliate with sally hanson's sugar scrub (its about $5.99 at walmart and its the best i've used so far) and then after that drench your feet in a thick lotion (aveeno) and then put on some snug socks and leave them that way overnight. heck even put some lotion inside your socks, might feel yucky but it is so worth it for soft feet.
