I am being in a beauty pagent for the VERY first time, and it is ONLY based upon beauty and the style of your dress! I am really nervous here. I am 13, so for some weird reason the dress straps have to be atleast 3 finger widths across. I'm already having a hard enough time trying to find a good dress that has that, that isn't ugly, and I'm nervous that it is also based just on looks. does anyone out there have any advise on how to look?like barely any makeup, or lots of it, really high heels or no heels at all. I really just don't know what to do

so I was wondering does it bleed and how much on a scale what is the pain level from 1-10(dont care about the pain tho) what do they do when piercing it im gettin mine done with the needle and do they pierce it fast or like take forever and i know different people have dofferent pain level so just tell me what u thought.

The last thing I want is for the hairs to grow back like stubble. I know that the hair will grow back if i wax, so won't it be more noticeable than my naturally-thin hairs right now?

I know i definitely shouldn't shave because it'll grow back like a man's mustache. Recently, i've been plucking, but that hurts a lot! and a while ago, i tried bleaching it, but it kinda made it brighter and more obvious (depending on the lighting). Is waxing a good option? Are electrolysis and laser hair removal really that effective?
I have brown hair and fairly light skin...it's not THAT obvious, but still annoying!

Here's some choices:
A blue short sleeve shirt w/lace at the bottom (and blue Dickies jeans w/ brown fuzzy boots)

or

I had a baby this year and (for the first time in my life), I cannot buy clothes off the rack anymore. I am about a 20w or maybe even a 22w. I occasionally go to Lane Bryant, but their clothes are so expensive! Any other ideas that would be more affordable? I don't want to spend a lot of money because I have no intention of staying this large, but I work in an office and need to look nice.

I just bought a manicure/pedicure deluxe set by Kiss-Red Power File & I don't really know how to use the tools. I have never really gotten my nails done and so I don't even know what "manicure" does. Can someone teach me or give me a link with pictures so that I can learn?

My set consists: Cone-shaped file, precision tool, pointed detailed file, detail cone, medium grit barrel file, fine grit barrel file, small medium grit disc, small coarse grit disc, emery disc, large medium grit disc, large coarse grit disc, polishing disc

I bought this set because I realize my nails are really ugly because I can't stop myself from biting my nails and skin. However, I know I should take a good care of my nails as a lady.
