sure they can. they`ll get like blonde or gold freckles or something. i know they get freckles i`ve seen someone with alot of them and they were gold

i didnt think they did. but after reading all the other answers im not sure. i have darker skin but lighter than beyonce, and um i dont have any freckles. not one person in my family has freckles, none of my dark-skinned friends have it. but maybe there might be some people that do? i really dont know. maybe theres very few or its really unnoticeable.

Yeah why wouldnt they. even if their tone is darker it doesnt mean they cant get freckles. b/c my brother has freckles and so do i we r from south korea so we have darker skin.

Yes. It is just a bunch of pigment called melanoma that is all located at a higher intensity in one area. So if someone, even with dark skin, has a bunch of pigment in one area, it will still show up.

I'm medium tone Latina w/freckles. No one else in my family has them.

yes they can I once dated a black man and he had freckles on his cheeks and nose .

absolutely. while it may not be as noticable as it is on fairer complexioned people but they can definitley have them.
