To each their own. Ok, take a man. One woman thinks he is totally drop dead hot. Then, another thinks he is dog ugly. There you have it. Ugly and cute at the same time.

Of course you can be both. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you see yourself as ugly then people will see that in you as well because of the way you carry yourself, dress,hygiene etc. if you pay attention to yourself and take care of yourself both physically and emotionally then you will come across as pretty/cute/sexy to someone else.
