haha you're answering your own question. Better to ask how you can stop feeling bad about it! if he moved reluctantly, and still wants to be with you, you guys will figure it out! well, that depends on how old you are. If you're still under 18, then you should let go of him and enjoy life with your friends! But if you have control over your situation, and you two love each other, figure out a way to be together. If your heart tells you it's right, move to where he is! you might regret it if you don't. But if you're not all that attached to him and he doesn't love you that much, it's better to enjoy life with the friends you have.

try to go see him or maby he will visit you
sometimes long distance relationship can be hard
decide on whether the two of you want to keep the relationship going and work from there

well, the only advice i have 4 you is to MOVE ON where ever move he's gonna find othergirls he's gonna be interested in and hopely you're gonna find other guys your gonna be interested in.
