is this top proper for womens business casual attire paired with black slacks or a black knee length skirt?

i know tank tops are not appropriate, but i have several tops like this one, which are sleeveless tops.

so i ordered something from ebay- seller shipped it to me and it turns out to be unauthentic. now i have to ship it back to them (HONG KONG) and it's costing me almost $100 to ship it from Atlanta. What should I do??? I keep emailing the seller to see if she would refund me my shipping costs and she hasnt responded (I gave her a week). Now it's been almost a week and a half and I still havent shipped this out yet.

I'm not willing to pay $100 or so to ship something (that is via FEDEX.) The post office is charging $50+

What should I do?

I am thinking seriously about attending a school for aesthetics for a nice career change, HOWEVER even though I would immensely enjoy the education/learning something new, I'd like to find out from other's with EXPERIENCE as to how lucrative this business is, how long it takes to get clients....anyone w/experience please feel free to post your experience whether you have your own business, work in a plastic surgeon's office or w/a dermatologist, or SPA.......and do you like your career? About a month ago I painted my nails a weird color....and when I took it off my nails were yellow. About a month has passed and they are exactly the same. I tried lemon juice and it normally works....but not on me. I tried buffing them also, but they are still the same. They won't go away! HELP ME!!!

I have no idea...I really like the first one, but usually don't wear things that are too flashly. I like it because it makes it more obvious that I'm a Ravens fan, plus it's got a pretty color...I like the other one because it also loks good...I can't decide. The first one costs $25 and the second is $60. Tell me which is better looks wise.

I need some sizes converted. Basically, I'm supposed to have a complete girl's outfit in time for the Super Bowl. I'm going to order online but have no idea on sizes. I'm hoping somebody on here can help me. Here is about every measurement I could think of.

I'm 5'9" and 165. I wear a 42 suit and a size medium shirt. I have a 14 inch neck and as far as I can tell I'm 34 chest, 30 waist, and 38 hips, but I'm not 100% sure I measured in the right places. I wear a size 8.5 medium shoe. Any help would be appreciated for appropriate female sizes. I need everything. Also any stores or styles to look for or avoid when ordering online. Thanks.

hey i love having my hair curly a lot more than i do straight but it takes too long to sit and curl it every morning so my mum suggested a perm but i don't really know weather to have one or not ? i have medium/long hair, blonde, naturally straight its not coloured, i have no highlights or anything its in good condition as i rarely straighten it. people have saind it quite bad for your hair and would last 3 - 6 months would it last that long, is it a good idea and should i go for it or not?
