I smoke, but it's an oxymoron to say "elegant and cigarette holder" in the same sentence.. There isn't anything elegant about smoking!!

It's simply called a cigarette holder. I know, the name isn't very elegant. :o)

Its called a cigarette holder, Yep that simple. It cooled the smoke but they still got lung disease.
