I would say it would be fine, depending on how low cut it is when on you. For your reference, this is a website I found some time ago that outlines the basics for business casual attire:

The thing about dress policy, to be totally truthfull, is that it depends on the woman's body type. If your waist is as thin as the maniquin's in that picture and if your breasts are big, then it is inappropriate business attire. Anything that boils the sexual air, is going to be treated with disdain, from female and (most) male colleagues. This applies to business casual, semiformal, formal, etc. There is such a gray area in this regard though because women are allowed to dress sexy at work to a point. But to WHAT point? This is debatable and frankly speaking, people who are attractive are at a disadvantage and have to dress down a bit more than their less attractive couterparts. I've seen it time and time again where women want to wear a certain outfit to work so bad that they risk getting "burned". Next time you are in front of a mirror, rate your outfit by its "sexiness". Anything thats 6 or higher leave it out and keep only for other social occasions.

Having had experience in various office environments, and having a husband who also has worked in various offices, I suggest being *very* careful how LOW your neckline plunges.

Cleavage should be a no-no if you're in a professional environment, as should showing too much thigh. (Knee-length is great, even a bit above the knee...)

You want to be taken seriously for your professionalism and your knowledge; you don't want to be ogled by your clients and coworkers.

Overall... it's a nice top, though.... I like it. *And* I'd wear it in a professional environment, "business casual" -- but I'd pair it with a fancy tank top, with a higher neckline, under the sleeveless top, in order to raise that plunging V neckline a bit (eliminate cleavage showing!) and give it a splash of color.

If you are told to dress causal this generally means slacks or skirts that are knee length (or longer) along with button down shirts, polo style shirts, or sweaters. No spaghetti strapes, no low cut shirts, or more then the first two buttons undone on a button down shirt. Sleeveless is generally ok if it covers shoulders.
