Does anyone have a career in skincare/aesthetics? You know doing facials/microderms/mudwraps?

I am thinking seriously about attending a school for aesthetics for a nice career change, HOWEVER even though I would immensely enjoy the education/learning something new, I'd like to find out from other's with EXPERIENCE as to how lucrative this business is, how long it takes to get clients....anyone w/experience please feel free to post your experience whether you have your own business, work in a plastic surgeon's office or w/a dermatologist, or SPA.......and do you like your career?
