I have a "friend" that wants me to wear this black skirt but I believe my legs are too pale, but he says he likes my legs.....I don't know what to do.....

Well if you dont have time to go tanning, then you could try panty hose in a neutral color so it doesnt seem like you are wearing any, if you have to take your shoes off just put some socks on, as long as you get a natural color panty hose no one will ever know unless they are touching you
