Having a hard time finding a foundation that doesn't make my face look oily by midmorning and an eyeliner that doesn't smear around the edges of my eyes. What do you recommend? Desperate for advice!

I have fair skin and don't like lots of thick makeup and I was wondering what foundations are the best and aren't bad for your face.

I keep hearing that when you turn 40 you need to wear different makeup (application, techniques) How do I get advice on this? I can't afford to "experiment" and do trial & error.

I am a makeup artist and I will be teaching a single hour-long stage makeup class this weekend to theatre teachers and want to present them with the most relevant information to help them with special effects / fantasy / wound makeup for the school stage. What do you think I should teach them? (I'll also try to answer any particular question you have for me as well.)
