dont just look at the color but look at what kind of contents that the makeup has. Like most make up has a lot of metals in it such as ( iron, titanium, aluminum) but i know cost seems to be an issue with you but clinque and prescriptive(sold at dillards)have no metals in them at all and prescriptive is water based yet it doesnt run. You might want to check it out.

I used to use the Lightblue case of Covergirl powder/liquid foundation. I liked it a lot. Plus, Tyra Banks modeled for Covergirl. If she's doin it, you know you can't go wrong! =)

Since you bought both why not use both. I switch off the makeup that I use because It's hard for me to find one that truly matches my skin and looks natural so I switch between two product lines!

revlon is usually a higher quality product
HOWEVER
you should use whichever one works best with your skin color and type...everyone's skin and chemical make up is different and cosmetics react differently on different people

well i've always used covergirl and it gives me really good coverage, so i would suggest using that. Their TruBlend foundatin is really good, it's what i use.
