That device that the old guy uses on his hair. Is there such a device that puts static electricity on the hair. I'm not interested in stimulating hair follicles. But is there a device like that. If so what is it called.

My hair won't grow into an afro because it's sortof straight. I can't get waves because of the lack of curls. The only way I can wear it is using a caucasian styling gel and putting it into place. Any advice would be appreciated on the process of doing this or from personal experience with people who have tried. I want to straighten my hair, but I don't want it to be all greasy and icky. I don't plan on using dye so that should help prevent damage. I'm desperate. My hair looks a mess because its growing straight, but it's still clumping together in that typical african american kinky fashion. Is there anyway I can get a style that looks like Matt Damon for example? Or is my only solution to shave my head like most black men?

i need to get my hair exactly where i want it because my hair whorl makes it so its hard to slick my hair back. should i use gel or pomade? if its gel i need the strongest stuff. i was using garnier fructis mega gel but that wasn't doing it, is there anything stronger? or do you guys think i should i juse murrays or 360 pomade?

I have thick hair its medium short righ tnow i need to get a haircut but when they give me a haircut they usually cut it to short i get a 2 on the sides and they buzz the and put a little flip at the front..i wont something different any suggestions? also i dont know what to ask for

About 4 months ago I got a razor hair cut. The guy did a horrible job on my hair and to me it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. My hair turned out to be way too short and the bangs looked horrible. So now, its been like 4 months and my hair has grown. My hair grows out pretty fast. Anyway, it looks like I got a lot of split ends and my hair looks like its got alot of uneven peices of hair here and there. I don't know the hair looks really limp and flat and I'm just wondering if thats what usually happens after a razor hair cut? Should i just go get a trim. By the way I was curly and very fine hair.

I always colour very pale blonde. have had lowlights in that were supposed to be honeys/caramel and make hair warmer - have turned out ash and dull. can i re colour my hair with normal colour to get them out ???

My GF says that not every guy would have the guts to walk around the block in broad daylight dressed as a girl. Does it really take that much courage? She has challenged me to walk on Linking Road, Bandra, Mumbai at 6 pm on a Sunday dressed in a female outfit suggested by you guys. I am saying it is no big deal.What outfit do you suggest? i heard comparing the strength of the 2 is like comparing super glue to tape. thats a huge difference. thats like saying 360 is some weak gel. i want to know if 360 promade is stronger than gel. anyone know?

yes yes I know, another question pertaining to my hair! So I like my hair both ways, but I wanted to know what you thought! My hair is naturally wavy so it's easy to straighten and curl my hair.

back in february I was curious to see what my hair would look lighter (im indian and have smooth black hair) and went to a dingy salon who highlighted my hair dirty blonde instead of the brown I asked for. I lived with it but since the roots looked horrible I got an at-home Loreal Feria kit in normal black. I did it and it turned out emo and very fake looking.

when is the earliest I can dye my hair again- and would it be wise to dye it the 'soft black' , will that even show up?

I don't want to remove this black and have the old blonde highlights show up so I'm not sure what direction to take

please help!!!

i have dirty blonde hair. i've heard about using lemon juice and water or some sort of tea to make your hair blonder, but i've also heard that this might damage your hair. is this true? what should i do?
if the lemon juice does work, what sort of shade of blonde does it come out as??
