Please HELP re my HaIr!!!?

I always colour very pale blonde. have had lowlights in that were supposed to be honeys/caramel and make hair warmer - have turned out ash and dull. can i re colour my hair with normal colour to get them out ???

you can but it may not always come out the way you would like it. sepending on your hair colour i may or maynot come out exactly right

Save your cash or get someone to sponsor a good hairstylist to do the job right. Try a Paul Brown studio. Remember you pay for what you get so don't skimp! It'll be worth it!
