Everyday I have a routine. My number one spot i work on most is:
1. Back
2. Butt
3. Abs
4. Thighs & Legs
5. Arms & Shoulders
if you go to SHAPE.COM (find a workout on the left side) there are different exercises for different areas.
It helped me out a lot

your core/trunk which is between the bottom of your boobs and just below your bellybutton this is where your body gets its strength to stand straight bend twist sit up straight and so forth it'll also make you look better by being hard and trim by accenting your boobs/chest the natural curve of your hips and your butt and a hard core is sexy
