I have alot of sprays and creams that say they protect against heat. Which ones work the best?

I straighten my hair alot! But I know it's damaging. So,I have several different hair products that say "defense against heat". But does anyone know of some that work really well?

Redken products are the best. If you don't have a lot of money use an Herbal Essence product
