Ifi t says it will come out in 8-10 washes, then wash it 8-10 times. The more shampoo the better.

Keep washing it over and over, letting it dry in between. Be sure to use lots of conditioner and let it stay in for at least 5 minutes each time. Then go to the store and buy a color closest to your natural color (or send someone for you). You will only damage your hair by overprocessing it about 3 times. If it was bought in a department store, chances are you won't harm your hair it you recolor it two more times to get it looking natural.

A clarifying shampoo or dish soap will take it out after about 3 washes.... BUT, be sure you have a good conditioner - these can be a little rough on hair.

There are a few websites that will help with some info. Also you can go to www.ask.com and type in how to neutralize a hair color and you will get a lot of other sites. Good luck.
