it cause because of perm and i put color in it and damaged my hair how can it go back to normal soft and beautifull, o and also my hair tangles toooo much what product can i use and economic.

I know this sounds pretty weird, and I know because my friends always make fun of me, but in the spring my eyebrow gradually began to dissappear...when I went for a routine dermatologist appointment she told me I probably have a condition that older people have where random patches of hair fall out...she told me to use men's extra strength rogaine just on my eyebrow and then a skin thinning cream on top of it..but it's been 2 months and I haven't noticed ANYTHING...when I was a teenager I accidentally plucked too much one time and I remember it took about a year and a half to grow back!! What can I do I don't want to have to pencil my eyebrow in every single day :(

Ok so I'm getting all my hair cut off and only leaveing 6 inches all over.... because thats how much my hair has grown out sence a while back when i decided to bleach my hair and following my moms GREAT ADVICE i left it in for like 5 hours and my hair fell out on top.
So i figure now thats its grown back i wanna cut off the rest of it and just leave the new hair.
But see most the hair is brown [my natural color] but some of it still has black on it from when i dyed over it after it started growing back. i've tryed going from black to blonde and its a hard process. My roots would get blonde and the rest turned a redish brown.
So my questions are...
1. is bleaching the same thing as stripping hair of color?
and
2. Is there anything more powerfull i can use on the black to get it blonde?


I would appreciate some advice on this.

anybody else have this prblm? how do you deal? any ideas on good hairstyles that will stay? specifically do you know how i could get ringlets? i tried a curling iron but it fell in to wavy hair in about 5 minutes. how can i get ringlets!!!??? plz help!

Im going to the sand dunes with my family soon, and every time I go, my hair gets really tangled and the sand that gets in it takes AGES to get out. I have tried ponytails and braids, but they dont help much. I would appreaciate any ideas!

Currently I have very course, dry, rough hair. Its wavy and thick, and it is too short to use a flat iron on to straighten, so I just bought a hot comb so I can run it through it and straighten it.

Currently I use the $5/bottle Pantene conditioners, and my hair is smooth when its drying, but once its dry, its rough and dry again.

I dont want my hair to get damaged runing heat through it since its already dry, so what products can I use to keep my hair from being damaged by the heat AND keep it feeling soft?

I have light brown-dark blonde hair with lots of gray in spots. I don't want to lighten my hair so much as turn the grays blond to look like highlights. I really don't want to darken my hair either as I am not getting any younger, lol. I was wondering if I choose a dye lighter than my color if it would only color the gray?

Well I have an appointment set up with my stylist but I don't know what to do with my hair!
