a healthy weight for a female that is 5'8" is 140 lbs. You could even carry 145 lbs. Because of the height you cna afford more. Just be pleased with who you are and how you feel about yourself.

There are a heap of factors to weigh in. Bone structure, family genetics, how weight sits on her body, muscle to fat ratio (muscle weighing more than fat means a well toned girl will weigh more than a flabby one) and ultimately what she is comfortable with (plus a heap of other things I have forgotten) . I have known some larger than the norm girls aged 15 who do allot of sports so they have a toned body and the excess weight makes them look voluptuous. I have also known very slim girls who look nicely petite. I'm not sure there is a solid answer to that one.
All the best.

Between 122 and 165 pounds. Its okay to be a little past the high mark if you are athletic, always remember, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!
At 15 you shouldnt worry about your weight, unless you are under the low mark, which may cause people to think you are anorexic or bulemic. Which can be offensive, believe me. Have fun, stay healthy. <3

well not quite sure how this is a hair question but according to the BMI calculator, anywhere from 125-150 lbs. is considered "normal weight" But I think that around 130-135 would be good.

Whatever weight you feel comfortable with. If you like what you see in the mirror, then that's the perfect weight. Dont get caught up in the "perfect weight" and the "perfect body" syndrome!!
