How do u stop hair from growing or atleast stop it from growing fast.I shave but it the hair starts showing in atleast 24hours.Advice ^_^

I have naturally curly hair...and I recently got it cut like a bob cause I wanted shorter hair for summer, I usually straighten it with my Chi Chi iron, but it gets too flat, and looks borring what can i do to make it look kind of curly but not full blown out curls..help me...

I was in 11th grade, sitting in the cafeteria with my friends. One of them so nicely pointed out the gray strand of hair and from then on, it has only gotten worse. Now I am a redhead, LOL.

My dad was totally gray by the time I was born (he was in his early 30's by then). My mom also has a lot of gray, but she colors it (as most women probably do....)

can i do something without using clarifying shampoo, since its not present in my house? I tried using shimmer lights since thats in my house, but i guess its not really used for this purpose since it didnt work too good.

I have dyed my hair alot and now its all wierd feeling. after i shower i let it air dry and it drys in loose curls and it gets all crunchy and after i brush it it gets really poofy and feels like straw. what can i do?

Hey gals..

I have been wearing two tracks for the past year and a half (the sewn in kind). I wear two of them at all times...

Every month I go to my black speciality salon, I get the two tracks taken out and then they braid two more tracks in a different place.. I get this done every month.. I dont think I have seen any damage on my hair yet (it's only been close to two years)..

HAVE ANY OF YOU Received damage from wearing tracks/extenstions??? I only wash my hair about once a week or every other week.

umm... I am going to 7th grade and i'm planning to straighten my hair for the first day. My hair is black, a little past my shoulders, in layers. And I have those emo-ish side bangs. It is already naturally straight but sometimes when I wake up in the morning it gets wavy. I am planning to take a shower one the first day then straighten it but my straightener isn't the one that will straighten wet hair. Can you please give me tips to straighten my hair correctly?

My daughter recently went to a fancy hair place and they recommended that she stop using her regular brand and instead buy their expensive shampoo. Her hair is normally kind of dry looking and not so good. But after she got her haircut, it looked much shinier and better; until after she used her regular shampoo again.

So does this mean that I should go ahead and buy her the fancy shampoo, or might that be unnecessary? I'm very cheap and don't want to pay too much for shampoo.

Okay, this is going to sound really evil, but bear with me. My GOOD FRIEND has really long hair, but has been dying to cut it short, or just go for it and shave it all off. She decided that she needed a reason to do it, so she made a bet with me, and instead of betting money, she bet her hair. When she lost, she agreed that the cut can be ugly and embarassing, and that she would wear it however it was cut for a few days, and then fix it. She's already laughing about the whole thing. Do you guys have any suggestions for any really ugly/embarassing haircuts? Picture and/or video links would be great, also. Oh yeah, and she says she will donate her hair to Locks of Love!
