I recommend Frederic Fekkai's Technician's line of products. Specifically, there is a deep conditioning treating that will help you. Or the Glossing line by the same company. Your hair is damaged. Don't use cheap products until it's better.

sounds like a trip to the salon may be in order, there are several intensive hair treatments you can purchase at the salon that will help dramatically, Biolage is the best. You may have to have more frequent trim ups to help combat the frizz, but a good conditioning regime should save you from a major cut. try not to color your hair for at least 6 weeks and you may want to try a different brand than what you used last time. If it was a L'Oreal product, try Garnier Nutrisse I find it to be milder on the hair.

First of all, you should chill on dying your hair for awhile. You need to go buy professional paul mitchell shampoo and conditioner. Super skinny works well. If you like to color your hair a lot like i do, go to your salon and ask them if they use Redken Shades color glosses. They're actually good for your hair, they give it lots of shine and a color, but they don't last long. You'll definately see and improvement in your hair if you get one. Also try buying some shine serum called Biosilk from your salon. That will tame your hair, so it won't be so poofy.

I have the same problem as you.I recently bleached my hair alot and it gets all crunchy and feels like straw.I have been using honey on my hair and it is starting to make my hair feel softer it takes a few shampoos to remove the honey but it is worth it.

I have the same problem. When I am hunting in the deep forest I will grab some honey and rub myself down. That usually works, and you can have a snack for later. It's a little sticky though. That hack Bigffot showed me that trick.

I've heard you can use mayonnaise . And also use a good conditioner and place a plastic cap on your head for about ten minutes.

Again try baking soda or epsom salt... they work wonders... even on the modern woman... I'm talking from experience
