I'm looking for a new hair color. Which color would go best with me? I have a fair complextion, green eyes, and shoulder length hair. Thanx!

i would say burgandy or mahagony would be the colours you should try.
stay away from orange-reds
and use a purple-reds,
they generally stay in your hair longer.
i have green eyes and a fair complexion
and i have a dark brown-reddish colour for hair and it fits my personality
and it looks amazing with my complexion and eye colour.
i would suggest that if you dont exactly know what you are looking for try out different hair colours.
if you are going for red coloured hair...
try out lights and darks.
see which contrast and compliment your complextion and eyes more.

Depending on you life- keep it simple. Go golden red with chestnut brunette base. Most salons can take your picture and put it into a model example of the PC, to show you
Hi/Lo lights are costly and consuming if all over and dramatic, all over color is needed every 4-6 weeks. This is an investment. This $30-$100+ a session.
I highly recommend you get a color specialist, ask woman with fabulous hair who they use. Never go in blind, take a picture of you and if you have celebrity or magazine picture to show.
Always do a "test" color- fair skin can burn very easy. OUCH on the scalp- trust me. Over the counter stuff requires you buy different color enhanced shampoo, or the color will wash out in 3-4 shampoos and the end result will not be what you wanted.
Good luck- to keep it natural- make a lateral move with colors, use the same "shade" or "level of color" as you already have with enhanced hues.

Try auburn or a light red color because that goes well with green eyes.

well i have all the above i always color my hair a shade darker so i m about a level 4 right now and i love it it brings my green eyes right out. oops sorry level 4 is pretty dark almost black but not quite

I don't know what color your hair is now... but with fair skin, I'd go with a medium to dark brown color.

If you don't already have red, go red. If you do, try a chestnut brown to bring out your eyes.
