High waist, at the knee, straight across on top, like a thick strap across the bust area, kind of snug, but then flows out from right below the bust. So it is like two separate pieces of fabric, joined just below the bust. What do you call this style? Maybe with thin straps, or thick straps. Can anyone find a picture that looks like this? I thought it was a babydoll style, but the babydoll styles I saw look different on top... they have scoop or v neck, I want one that is just straight.

At my job there isn't one day that goes by that dress code does not become an issue, especially among the women because it's so easy for men to just put on a long sleeved shirt and tie with slacks. But with women it's a little more difficult. We actually have to have meetings about it. Is this issue common or is my job paranoid?

As more and more of my awkward bretheren don their shades in a failed attempt to look cool while adjusting to summer, I notice that we still wear those really oval wraparounds. I thought those died when the second matrix movie came out. Why do we insist upon looking like boorish failed action heroes from the 90's in our hideous sunglasses, as opposed to finding any other means of shading our eyes, be it with hat or reasonable sunglasses.

I have this same bra from Vassarette and it has been the only type I've ever loved but I've been unable to find it anymore and have had to buy crappy bras that make me itch. I tried to find it online but all I came up with was this picture of one that someone is selling personally. If you could tell me the name of that particular type of Vassarette bra, or if you could give me info on whether it has been discontinued or not I would be very appreciative.

I really want to "re-vamp" my wardrobe because I'm getting bored with what I've got. I have had most of what I have for years, and it's all in ok condition, but it's all kinda... blah... to me now... So I need to find out what my "style" is and/or what colors best suit me.

I've read on here to ask your mom or big sis for help, well.. 1) I have no 'big sis', I'm the oldest in my family, 2) My mom couldn't help much with it anyway (sorry Mom!). I won't explain why but... yea... anyway...

Is there, like, some kind of website or something that asks: "What is your favorite color?", "What is your hair color?", "What is your eye color?", blah, blah, blah... And then it'll tell you... My daughters school recently issued a new dress code
no camo or cargo shirts or pants
nothing more than 3 inches above the knee
no spandex
no tanks
no flip flops
no leggings or camis under anything

Could someone put together some cute outfits that she could could wear specificly for school and following the dress code
My daughter and I would appreciate because she has to get a whole new wardrobe (she is size 10-12) can fit in small juniors shirts nothing sexy shes 12
