If I were you, I would jsut wear a turtleneck, and long pants all year round. Maybe put some vasaline on it to stop the irritation. Just tell people that you get a rash whenever your around someone you really like. So they don't get freakey leaked.

First, figure out what you ate &/or drank last or what you put on your skin. Whatever is was, try not to eat/drink it or use it for a few days. Always use the process of elimination when stuff like this happens to your skin. Once you introduce that item back into your system and it happens again, then you know that your body does not react to that product well. As adults, you can develop allergies to some things. Secondly, you can take an antihistamine to relieve the itchiness and the swelling. Try Benadryl. But, it does make you drowsy, but, it helps. You can also try a topical cream or spray. Benadryl also makes a spray & cream. Hydrocortisone cream helps with the itchiness, too. I have sensitive skin and wierd stuff like this happens to me when I least expect it. I actually found a roll-on pen (also made by Benadryl) that I carry in my purse. If nothing helps within a few days, call your doctor - especially if you start feeling ill, i.e. fever, nauseousness, etc. BTW, I don't work for Benadryl, but, I do use their products a lot.

Have you suddenly changed your bath soap, shampoo, or other products that touch your skin regularly? If so, switch back. You light be allergic to them. Have you changed your regular diet? That light also be a cause. You might have really fry skin. I would use hydro-cortisone with permission from your dermatologist. You could also be allergic to your clothing detergent or fabric softener. Try using all hypoallergenic products. It might just be sensitive skin to a new substance recently introduced to you. If none of his works, see your dermatologist. It could be eczema, or some other form of skin rash.

1] Take one or two Benadryl, and an aspirin [ and again in six hours ]
2] take a lukewarm bathwith baking soda in it
3] blot dry
4] apply hypoallergenic or unscented lotion
5] did you have a reaction to:
a new food
new clothing

If rash doesn't start improving by the AM, call a doctor.

Try taking Benadryl or use a hydrocortisone cream. Do not use them together though.

I highly recommend Zyrtec. If you can't get that, then try Claritin, which is OTC. Good luck!
