Fashion & Accessories - March 2007

My mom always wants me to wear things I consider "too old" but, she says I wear clothes that are "teeny bopper" clothing. (It's a 50-60's term for young teen). I don't want to hurt her feelings but, I hate the clothes she picks. However, maybe I do dress too immaturely and nobody will take me seriusly as an 18 yr. old.

I've seen it only a few times. It's where where women buy extra long bell bottom jeans and then fold them back up their leg. Not rolled up, like in the 50s. These are folded once, like a cuff, but the fold sometimes goes all the way back up to the knee. Has anyone else seen this? Where does it come from?

i will be in miss teen international in april, and i need to buy
aerobic wear, fashion wear, evening grown, and
businness suit which i am having alot of problems finding.
none of the business suits fit me thery"re too big! even OOP
doesn't fit right. they don't have anything in my size!
i'm like a size: x-small or just small in t- shirts,
and in pants i'm a 1 or 2. (i'm tall but have a small body)
where can i find the suff i need in small sizes?

I need green contacts for a film project. My eyes are dark brown but I have a very strong prescription so it has to be Acuvue or Freshlook. Which is more noticeable on dark eyes? Will it completely change the color of my eyes?

well, I've done 4 successful piercings...my lobes (professionally) and 2 cartilage piercings myself. I had one of the piercings on my left cartilage for 3 months, and i took it out because i didnt like the way it looked, a month later i see a small bubble growing...i disinfected it, and it went away. . . does anyone know what might have caused that and if it can turn into something serious?
and, I was looking to pierce my naval myself...i have the curved barbels and a 20kt gold piercing kit. I know where to pierce it but I'm not trained and I dont know if I'm taking a HUGE risk. any comments?
