Not that I am a model or anything, but I do know the two most important tools in runway is posture & to walk with your hips first, it feels funny at first but you'll get your own swagger and you'll be a pro.

There are agencies and classes that teach you how to walk on the runway, but usually it's natural :)

They first have to be able to balance well in the shoes then they walk.
