since its close to spring I would go with a pastel, buttoned down shirt( long sleeve), black slacks and a pair of flats or wedge sandals. Don't overdue the jewelry, I would leave the hair down if it's long.

I would go with dress paints and a matching blazer. It also depends on you age. You could also do dress pants and a nice blouse.
