I shave my legs but they always seem to be stubbly... how can I get smooth legs? I tried home waxing but the hair is too tough to pull out :o( Any ideas on how to get nice smooth pins?!

I have a Versace shirt but it's too big for me. Being that it's Versace, its really nice and I don't want to ruin it, but at the same time I would like to somehow shrink the T-Shirt. The shirt has silver foiling on it and I'm scared if I wash it wrong or shrink it somehow, the foil will peel off and the shirt will be wrecked.
