I don't care about what people where usually cause if its just out and about its ok.
If its a function or a wedding or a funeral or big dinner it may matter to others. I have been with people at different and afterwards thats all they could talk about was how bad someone dressed. There a old saying the clothes makes the person. But there one that say you cant judge a book by its cover. I think you should be who you are and if its something special or certain occassion you will no what to do.
I hope this helps.
When I was much younger I wore jeans and flip flops are year around or tennis shoes. Now I live in house sleepers. I wear comfortable clothes. But on occasions for the events I metioned I dress better. lol

I am afraid I do judge women by the way they dress. Outfits are important to women, so their choices say a lot about their personalities. Most men are less conscious about their attire, so they do not reveal as much about themselves as women do.
Consistently feminine women get my attention. I generally do not like trousers/pants on women but prefer them in skirts and dresses. I also prefer them nicely made up.
Contradictions are interesting such as the combination af very feminine and lacy items with the addition of rough details. So something very feminine combined with your studded belt would get my attention.

Only if you're wearing like holiday sweaters! Like a big ole pumpkin with tacky vampire bats. Other than that I don't. I think your outfit sounded cute. I normally wear plain jeans a t-shirt and black flip flops and hoop earings. I don't have a style, it's just too casual.

Yes people see you as how you present your self to the world. So if you dress and act like a slob you will be percieved as one.
I would say you dress pretty conformist and at first impression i would assume you were just a lost teen with not much of stance for anything. As much as we hate it people will judge you on how you look. It may not be right or true but its a fact of life. You should present your self as how you want to be seen.

You know sometimes the extremes and the situation say something about them. There are times when you have to put your best foot forward. When people don't dress up for like interviews and stuff it reflects poorly upon them. Also people who dress well for those occasions, especially those where you are meeting someone of respect like a family member, reflect positively on themselves. Also girls that dress like whores...well I judge them like whores. You wouldn't dress in a firefighter, go to a burning building and say, "I'm just wearing a uniform"

sounds like you were dressed fine. It really just matters how it looks on your body and how comfortable you feel in it. The only time I judge what people are wearing is when it looks bad on their body and I know they are not reaching their full image potential. Then I just want to help them because that's what I do for a living. Like having a life size barbie. :)

I would say that you dressed nice...but if it was for an occasion that required me to compliment you. I dont really judge by they way the way people dress....I did that ONCE in high school...and let me tell you why it was only that one time...lol...the girl was I would say, dressed hip-hopish for an event that required you to dress professionally. So I pulled her to the side and explained to her that she would get an F for the day because our teacher wouldn't let her go with the class. She grabbed me by my shirt...and screamed..."IF YOU HAVE AN EFFIN PROBLEM WITH WHAT IM WEARING THEN I SUGGEST YOU TAKE ME SHOPPING SINCE YOU WANNA BE MY EFFIN MOTHER..." So...I was immediately scared straight because this was in front of the WHOLE SCHOOL...lol

I'd say you are a preppy or emo. And you throw in the lightening bolt hoodie to make people think you're a "rocker". Sorry :(

Being that we are all imperfect humans, i say yes. When i see someone dressed with nice slacks, a nice bag and shoes, i assume that they are well to do. If i see someone with pants hanging off their behinds and super long and large shirts, i assume they are a thug. If i see someone with fishnets, a rabbit coat, high heels and short skirt, i think prostitute. You, i would say are expressing your individuality, a young person. when we see someone we dont know, we take a look at there outfit and sum them up.

I TRY not to judge people at all! Sometimes I might, accedently, on first impression. But as the saying goes, "You can't judge a book by its cover"! Thats true hey...
